SHEE COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for leading the execution of legal and corporate requirements, apply the strategic to adapt the new requirements from corporate and Mexican normativity. Must ensure the team developing activities on the shop floor including the all levels training. Must enhance the training development of his team members according the yearly plan. Must develop the specific metrics to ask for accountability of his team members by continuous approach to each employee. This position must be a reference for all workers in the site about how to develop safety, health and environmental activities.
REQUERIMENTS
- Knowledge of Safety, Environment and Health regulations and standards.
- Establish corporate requirements on site as applicable.
- Lead the internal and external audits program as required.
- Apply the strategic and program to develop the SHEE committees.
- Support the ergonomics program.
- Ensure the operability of the fire suppression system.
- Monitoring of energy efficiency indicators.
- Detect areas of opportunity in main energy systems.
- Develop of issues and solves presentation.
- Routine reports to top management.
- Facilities and maintenance knowledges.
