We are seeking an experienced Analyst/Associate to join the AppBank team, the production management group within the Technology Division. This specialist will support and enhance the stability of key applications that power various business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and a proactive approach to issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

• Analyze and resolve application issues in a production environment.
• Debug code and analyze logs to identify discrepancies, defects, and trends.
• Manage incident communication with users, developers, and senior stakeholders.
• Recommend and drive permanent solutions to recurring failures and performance issues.
• Leverage automation tools and machine learning techniques for issue detection and self-healing processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate alerts and processes.
• Challenge and improve existing setups to enhance system stability.
• Participate in change management to control risk in production.
• Create and update runbooks to reduce errors and improve team efficiency.
• Develop reports on system health and support performance metrics.
• Support proprietary technologies (no prior knowledge required).
