Position Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-capitalized mid-size firm and kickstart your career or take it to the next level at a great company. We are a tight-knit group looking for our next superstar team member to join us as a Backlink Specialist. The Backlink Specialist is integral to the business' daily operations. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to; building and maintaining an effective backlink strategy for multiple websites that ultimately helps maintain and improve the E-E-A-T scores for those sites.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Marketing team to acquire high-quality backlinks and foster partnerships that encourage link sharing
• Build and implement an effective backlink strategy for multiple websites in varying verticals.
• Effectively maintain that strategy to accomplish a consistently growing number of referring domains with varying, but generally 40+ domain reputation in order to grow and maintain the E-E-A-T scores for the various company sites.
• Identify, build, maintain and grow a reliable network of trusted partners to host backlinks, both by insert link and guest post sources.
• Track all added backlinks to measure against established SEO KPIs.
• Consistently review existing backlink health to ensure that errors are expeditiously remedied.

Qualifications:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
• Prior experience in a SEO is preferred;
• Have strong knowledge on SEO principles;
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques;
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other SEO Tools;
• Positive attitude & team player;
• Strong communication (verbal, listening, writing);
• Strong analytical & organizational skills;
• Immaculate attention to detail;
• Possess strong critical thinking abilities;
• Thorough understanding of confidentiality and discretion;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Effective decision-making & conflict-management skills;
• Bilingual (Spanish & English C1/C2) Preferred;
• Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and video conference.

Compensation:

$10.00 - $13.50 USD Per Hour

Approximately 10-20 hours per week
