Do you have an excellent level of English, Spanish and Portuguese? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for Trilingual Service Desk Agents to provide support and assistance to our clients.

What do you need to apply?

• Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese (essential)
• Experience in IT technical support (desirable, but not essential)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
• Experience with a strong focus on customer service

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries and provide assistance to our clients' employees
• Communication via calls, chat, and/or messages
• This is NOT a sales position

What we offer

• $130 MXN per hour
• 5% savings fund
• 12 days of vacation from the first year

Available schedules: 100% ON SITE 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM at the Reforma offices in CDMX
