THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-driven, forward-thinking Account Manager to lead and grow client relationships in the luxury and hospitality sector. This role requires someone who is both a visionary and an executor—a professional who understands the rhythm of high-end brands and knows how to translate it into effective strategies, seamless execution, and long-term value.
You will serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, overseeing campaign development, creative deliveries, experiential activations, and brand narratives with an editorial mindset. Your storytelling skills, market awareness, and sharp eye for detail will be key in delivering world-class results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the strategic and operational lead for premium and hospitality clients, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationship growth.
- Ensure timely, polished, and reliable delivery of all projects—campaigns, social strategies, events, and brand moments.
- Translate client needs into clear briefs and collaborate across internal departments (creative, production, content, digital) to bring ideas to life.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all executions align with each client's DNA, tone, and visual identity.
- Identify cultural trends, creative opportunities, and insights that position clients ahead of the curve.
- Build timelines, budgets, and reports that reflect strategic foresight and attention to detail.
- Solve problems proactively and with clarity—maintaining calm under pressure while driving results.
- Contribute to creative and strategic development with a future-forward perspective.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in account management, brand strategy, or client services, preferably within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills—written, spoken, and visual.
- Strong experience managing multiple accounts and timelines with flawless follow-through.
- Ability to balance creativity and strategy, while being relentlessly detail-oriented.
- Deep understanding of premium positioning, hospitality storytelling, and consumer trends in high-end markets.
- Passion for design, culture, and brand building.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Comfortable leading meetings, writing proposals, managing deliverables, and owning client growth.
- A storyteller at heart, with a refined eye and an agile mind.
