Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE
Requirements:
- High school diploma as Industrial engineer, Business administration, international commerce or similar.?
- 6 years working in the automotive industry in a similar role.
- English Advanced.
- Knowledge of Tesla systems and portals.
- SAP Modules SD, WM, and MM.
- Programing
- Lean Manufacturing
Functions & Responsabilities:
· Analyze and compare the releases and PO´s received from the customer to detect possible variations in the demand that could impact or affect the supply chain.
· Reviews and negotiates with the customer's increases or cancellations to have a lean production planning in the plant without putting the customers in risk.
· Must ensure that all shipments are made according to the customer´s schedule and communicates to other departments involved in the process so that this can be achieved.
· Will have to leader meetings with the correspondent team whenever is needed to meet customer´s needs and ship dates.
· Send all documentation and notifications to the customers to keep them updated about the shipments status and make sure that this same information is loaded in the customer's portal and or via EDI.
· Will be involved in reporting the correspondent KPI´s.
· Communicate on time to all departments the production plan or any changes in it.
· Set up Master Data for all finish goods as data integrity.
· Control and conciliate with customers their returnable packaging.
· To guarantee SAP internal communication with PRM and Sales for engineering changes.
· Update and access all customers portals according to the business needs.
· Support and attend Logistics audits as requested from Customer.
· Plan and Schedule together with Sales and Finance new prices, Obsoletes, Fiscal year model changes and Schedule Agreements.
· Accomplish with the requirements of: IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
· Accomplish with the environmental policy and objectives. Knowledge the aspects and impacts environmental, as well the emergency plan.
