In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues in the Mexico region. We are looking for team members who enjoy helping employees find answers to their HR-related questions and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers. A successful team member will be detail-oriented, possess a problem-solving mindset, and have a keen interest in improving existing processes.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Psychology, Administration, or a related field, with 1+ year of experience in the Human Resources field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced conversational English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong working relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with and understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS tools, such as Workday, is a plus.
