Position Overview
As a Support Engineer, you will work with cutting-edge software and cloud technologies. You will assist customers during service-related events by creating support tickets and addressing advanced technical inquiries related to their environment and our services. When necessary, you will also act as the primary contact for escalating complex issues to technical support engineers to resolve tickets efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
Provide daily support for customer inquiries.
Implement and maintain scalable cloud-based application infrastructure.
Install, configure, deploy, standardize, automate, update, and troubleshoot customer services.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Core Technologies
LAMP Stack: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
Databases: MySQL, Redis
Position Requirements
At least 2 years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
At least 3 years of experience in Linux server administration (Ubuntu/CentOS) via CLI.
At least 3 years of experience configuring Apache and Nginx web servers.
At least 3 years of experience working with PHP (+7.4), JS, and scripting languages.
At least 1 year of experience with Magento (ecommerce).
At least 3 years of experience using MySQL (+5.6) and Redis (+7.0) databases.
At least 1 year of experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes/Docker).
At least 1 year of experience with cache systems such as Varnish, Elastic Cache, or Memcache.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
