From kynaxis we are supporting our client, an important Spanish bank recognized worldwide in the search for a Senior Analyst for the Operations team:

?WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Cash Nexus CS&S you will provide support to Global Customers in the different products offered by Cash Nexus (Global payments, global statements and reports and online Nexus Portal), stablishing a close team relationship with more than 18 geographies in which have presence and coverage with different local teams.

We need someone like you to help us in different action lines:

- On the BAU activities, solve operational issues related to the Nexus products working altogether with Local Teams, IT & Business ( Product & Sales Teams)

- On the client service activities, to duly manage a client portfolio focused in the Cash Nexus products, providing after-sales service to the customers with highest standards of quality and reinforcing our relationship being the single point of contact globally. Full exposition to multinationals clients with deep technical & operational knowledge

- On the project activities, to give support from operational and client service point of view, managing communications and calls among the different stakeholders, Global IT, Global Business Team (Product and Sales) and Local partners

EXPERIENCE

- No experience in banking is required but appreciated.

EDUCATION

- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
