Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting production hiring in our bottling facilities as assigned and will work with the TA team to develop effective recruiting strategies to fill open roles as well as anticipated hiring needs.
Role Responsibilities and Scope
· All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline
· Focus on US Manufacturing hourly (blue collar) operations roles.
· Build relationships with our internal customers to understand business needs for new capabilities, talent profiles and hiring
· Advise Human Resource Managers and Hiring Managers on local talent market intelligence.
· Recommend and implement attraction, sourcing and selection strategies.
· Job advertisements, referrals, interview guides, local community outreach support.
· Source, attract and select talent to meet current and future hiring needs
· Define the target candidate profile and recommend a talent identification strategy through targeted advertising sources & active/passive recruiting
· Utilize effective sourcing and messaging strategies to attract active and passive candidates; leverage employee referral programs, recruiting boards, internet, social media, industry and community organizations to build a strong talent pool - including diverse talent.
· Screen and assess candidates against success criteria
· Ensure our hiring managers and interviewers are adept at selecting candidates for success within our fast-paced, rapidly growing team culture
- Drive ramp-up projects for new plants, new lines, and other expansion efforts.
Requirements and qualifications
· Bachelor´s degree in Psychology, Sociology , Business Management (preferred).
· Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience of high volume positions preferably in manufacturing industry. (Preferred)
· Experience within a manufacturing company (Preferred).
· Experience managing at least 20 positions at a time (Preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
· Advanced English level (must).
