Education:

Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Industrial Engineer or equivalent in experience

Experience:

4 years in similar position,

Responsabilities

Generate Balloon Product prints belonging to the new Project released by the customer and to ensure that all the print specifications are reviewed and registered on the product Audit

Negotiate The definition of the product's critical characteristics (KPC) with the customer (STA/STE/SQE/SQIE) to obtain the KPC's List of each of the products of the new project

Define The measuring tools (Q-Tooling Matrix), frequency of inspection and Control Plan without a previously existing reference frame to control the production of the parts and ensure the Project cost (Smart investment) in measurement tools and resources.

Acquire The measurement tools defined in the Q-Tooling Matrix to comply with the PPAP/APQP customer's requirements.

Plan, execute and document All the activities marked by the customer's APQP according to the Project Timing after the prints verification, specifications and requirements pertaining to all the Quality related aspects including the follow-up and closing of resulting actions to obtain the PSW customer's approval, the start of production as well as shipments in line with the Project Milestones

Execute The evaluation meetings from each product's run-off of all the parts belonging to a new project (pre- and run-off meetings) to guarantee that the product's requirements are fulfilled in each step of its realization.

Report Progress on the actions to solve the problems that can affect the internal/external customer. To guarantee the customer satisfaction and to reduce the PPM's (Zero Defects Mentality) as well as to comply with the key figures of Scrap and Labor.

Implement The necessary changes to the Control Plan driven by the internal/external customer to comply with the customer requirements and ensure the key figures of the project

Coordinate The response to external (8D) and internal (MRB) customer complaints by using the adequate Problems Solving Techniques to comply with the IATF Norm and customer requirements

Organize Customer's audits and visits related to the Project, including the follow-up and closing of the actions resulting from the above to comply with the customer requirements

Ensure The realization and closing of all the activities defined for the PQE in the document: in line with the Project Timing With the scope of closing the project milestones on time.

Control The flow of pieces from one process to the next one and towards the customer in a reliable manner within the ERP during the PPAP to ensure that the parts move through once their quality is ensured before the go to the next process or to the customer

Participate In the new machines acceptances abroad to guarantee that the process capabilities comply with the customer requirements

Train All personal involved in the Control Plan realization: Operators, Q Inspectors, Lab team, Engineers to ensure their growth as well as the knowledge retention within the organization

Maintain The latest Engineering level of the Customer part print requirements across the Quality System and manage each engineering change when requested. To ensure the expected quality level of the product at any time.
