Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Torreón. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be key to identifying and implementing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• Experience in the metal-mechanical industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, line balancing, process mapping, FMEA and PFMEA.
• Advanced English (mandatory) – capable of effective communication in technical and business contexts with international teams.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
