As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and partners—delivering smart, fast, and human-centered solutions to keep their systems running smoothly. You'll handle technical inquiries across multiple platforms (email, phone, chat), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and turn challenges into opportunities.
?? Your day-to-day includes:
Solving real technical issues in automation, control systems, robotics, motion, and more.
Guiding customers through product questions, installations, and troubleshooting.
Documenting cases and follow-ups in CRM platforms.
Participating in after-hours emergency support rotation (you're the calm in the storm).
Collaborating on internal projects to improve tools, processes, and training.
Constant learning through hands-on experience and formal training.
?? What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field).
0–3 years of experience in technical support or related customer-facing technical roles.
Bilingual: Spanish + English is required. French is a plus!
A natural problem solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
