We are about to open a new plant in Cienega de Flores NL and we need you to help us growth. At this moment we are seeking: Supplier Quality Engineer (Metal).

Overview:

1. Managed external suppliers to discuss product quality after delivery according to BOS requirements, solved supplier quality problems, and ensured the effective implementation of corresponding quality control measures.

2. Find and evaluate potential risks and problems of supplier quality, track and urge the completion of corresponding rectification, and constantly improve and enhance the supplier's product quality and process capability.

Activities:

1. Establish and update the quality agreement of postpartum products to ensure the suppliers reach the relevant requirements.

2. According to the submission requirements, responsible for PPAP (production part approval procedure) approval of suppliers after mass production.

3. Formulated incoming product inspection documents and conducted job training and assessment for inspection personnel.

4. Responded quickly to supplier quality problems found in the purchase, site and customer, took containment measures, and followed up to solve them.

5. Monitored the completion of post-production type test for supply.

6. Responsible for product audit and process audit after supply consultation.

7. Monitoring and management of key and risk suppliers by means of MQR meeting, level 1 / level 2 containment.

8. Collected and summarized the performance of each supplier and worked with the supplier development engineer to improve the product quality and process capability of the supplier.

9. Work ability shall meet the specific requirements of the client, such as: master five quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA); Familiar with IATF16949 quality system standard; Familiar with related products and processes; Understand the process approach and have a risk-based mindset.

Qualification

· Engineering degree complete.

· Experience: At least 5 years experience in supplier quality management related work in automotive industry.

· Knowledge of stamping and welding.

· Good in English, both verbal and written and communication ability.

· Master 5 main tools of quality (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).

· Familiar with IATF16949 standard of quality system.
