Job purpose

Execute and support the department on Head Quarter affairs. Head Quarter financial reporting, regulatory reporting and other reports to Head Quarter. Generate and register accounting entries. Generate accounting information for the financial statements, taxes and regulatory reporting. Balance accounts reviews as well.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Head Quarter financial reporting, regulatory reporting and other reports to Head Quarter
• Generate and register accounting entries and tax information.
• Support with vendors and reimbursement payments and payment proofs distribution.
• Coordinate with the finance & accounting senior manager to prepare, submit and check comprehensive financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Assist in the update of the accounting catalogue and put in place in the system accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Analyze and interpret financial information that heads needs in order to make sound business decisions
• Review and monitor costs inherent to the business

Qualifications

• Education: Major in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or a closely related field.

• Specialized knowledge : Chinese Accounting Standard, IFRS, Local Banking Accounting and Taxes.

• Skills & Abilities: Excellent execution, analyzing, planning, organizing and learning abilities. Analytical skills to solve accounting and financial problems. Carefulness in details. Capable to work under pressure and to accomplish reports and other deliveries accurately by deadlines committed, proactive for new solutions on new regulations.

• Professional Certification or specific credentials: Accounting / Tax / Chinese language certified (is a plus)

Experience (in years): At least 2 years experience in Finance and Accounting

Other Language and % : Proficient in Chinese writing and speaking; fluent in English.

• Computer Skills (describe specific software if applicable): Office, Account systems related

Internal and External Communication

Specify interaction with internal and external clients and if will be related with specific external authorities

Relation with all areas and Authorities (PBC, Banco de México ,CNBV, SHCP)
