Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding inbound calls and/or e-mails of customers for different line of business all around Mexico and USA.

Roles:

• Answer inbound calls and handle middle and back-office activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
• Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
• Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.
• Active participation in team meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or High School completed (GED) or equivalent.

· Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.

· Customer service

· Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).

· Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service or related.

Job Offer:

· Direct hiring

· Roled & fixed schedules: 7-3, 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6 PM with 1 day off a week during the first 3 months.

· First 3 months offer: Base salary before taxes of $13, 711 MXN + $1,400 in food coupons + Law Benefits.

· After 3rd month offer: Base salary before taxes of $15, 048 MXN + $1,400 in food coupons + Monthly productivity bonus of $2,342 + Law Benefits + Saving Fund + Health Insurance + Major Medical Expenses Insurance + 2 days off a week every 2 weeks + Remote work based on performance.
