Quality System Engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for making external audit and internal audit plans, implementing modification and tracking, and closing non-conformance terms, including but not limited to: process audit, product audit, LPA audit, IOS audit, IATF16949 audit, VDA audit.

2. Responsible for making IOS file version change plan, implement, track and feedback the implementation progress of the plan.

3. Responsible for organizing IOS training and promoting IOS operation best business practice sharing within the company.

4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and update of IOS webpage to ensure the timely and accurate update and release of IOS files.

5. Assist to complete the company's quality system certification, including but not limited to: certification application, certification inquiry, material preparation, certification implementation, etc., to ensure the closure of nonconformance terms.

6. Assist to complete the product certification work of the company, including but not limited to: materials preparation for review, application for recognition, mark management, etc.

7. Support the factory and branches/subsidiaries to complete the preparation and reception of customer audit.

8. Work ability to meet client specific requirements, such as: master five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA).

9. Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS document as well as the IATF16949 standard. Ensure Effective Operation of IOS document and continuously improve relevant process and implementation of IOS document.

Education:

Engineering degree

Knowledge & skills:

• At least 3 years system management experience in automotive industry.
• ?Familiar with IATF16949 requirement is a must
• Fluency/Good in English, both verbal and written (interview will be in English)
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, excellent teamwork spirit
• Five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA).
