We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to implement new and existing customer basic Managed services. As our IT Support Engineer, you will work with customers, vendors, and the assigned project manager to ensure managed networking services are deployed to support customers' business needs.
Qualifications:
English Proficiency
2+ years of customer support experience in a technical environment
Experience working with ticketing systems
Knowledge and understanding of hosted email environments, DNS, storage systems, and basic networking and firewall knowledge.
Experience with network tests (ping, traceroute, and IPconfig)
Proficient at small, medium, and large business system implementation.
Microsoft Office365 or Google Suite proficiency
