Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Call Center Supervisor to lead our call center sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound and inbound sales, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of call center sales representatives to optimize performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective sales and service strategies.
Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor, preferably in a call center or high-volume sales environment.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and business development strategies.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive consistent revenue growth.
Experience in managing sales teams with a focus on outbound, inbound, or B2B sales is a plus.
