Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, integrity and security of data.
- Customize the CRM platform to meet organizational requirements.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles and profiles.
- Import, cleanse and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
- Monitor data quality and implement data hygiene best practices.
- Provide training and support to CRM users. Troubleshoot user problems, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on customer behaviors and trends. Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. Work with sales, marketing and customer support teams to optimize CRM usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Information Technology. Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
- Minimum 2-4 years of verifiable experience as a CRM supervisor or similar position Strong working knowledge of CRM (e.g. Bitrix, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSp) (required).
- Ability to express complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Conversational English
