We are currently looking for a "Production Supervisor".

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Conduct weekly safety audit in order to detect and reduce unsafe conditions and acts in the work center.
• Comply with Human Resources internal regulations, policies and code of conduct.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with EHS (Safety, Health and Environment) requirements. Ensure the use of PPE of the personnel under his charge.
• Authority to report any unsafe condition within the plant.
• Ensure follow-up and closure of unsafe conditions within the work area.
• Know and follow up on the training of the positions assigned to the work area.
• Review the daily production schedule in order to plan the necessary resources for the execution of the operations.
• Compliance with production programs in quantity, quality, time and form.
• Administration, control and care of resources, physical, economic, infrastructure and human resources of their work area.
• Actively participate in institutional strategies and/or continuous improvement.
• Promote and participate in modifications to production processes to improve them.
• Facilitate times for preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure that direct and indirect materials are used according to the standard.

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree
• English proficient
• 3 years in a similar position in manufacturing, automotive or maquiladora companies.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• ERP's management (Production).
• Core Tools (AMEF, Control Plan).
• ISO 9001:2015
• Skills in handling of Operator and/or unionized personnel.
