Descripción
ACTIVITIES
Responsible for managing a group of around 100 people to maintain and improve main KPI's: Safety, Scrap, OEE, Productivity, Quality, Over time, 5S´s level.
Responsible to conduct an action plan in case of any deviation of the main KPI´s and ensure effectivness
Responsible to guarrantee discipline, order and cleanliness in the production lines based SEG´s standars
Train, develope and evaluate the staff in charge, communicate the the objectives, results and follow-up of actions.
Staff managing, by planing of shifts, vacations, permits, sanctions, and overtime coverage.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with production plans to guarantee deliveries on time and required quality level
Responsible for ensuring maintenance plan (TPM), LPA´s, 5Ss, etc.
Sometimes is responsible to lead problem solving and sometimes is supporting problem solving activities.
Support the attention of contingencies of production stoppages
Responsible to attend internal and external audits and and ensure success.
Responsible to implement improvements projects in the line with a multidisciplinary team
Responsible to warrant the safety for the activities in the line
- Education:
Engineering: Industrial
English level: Intermediate / Advanced. Able to maintain technical conversation and share results
- Minimum experience of 5 years in activities related to Manufacturing Processes in the automotive sector
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Assembly manufacturing processes
- Leadership skills
- Easy talk
- Lean manufacturing
- IATF 16949.
- Core Tools.
- Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams
- - Excellent communication skills
