MAIN GOAL

In this position you will be responsible of ensure including quality suppliers in the supplier pool, achieving their expected quality performance by providing structured support to any supplier related topic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supplier APQP-monitoring in project phase.
• Approval of supplier's production quality concept (FMEA, test schedule).
• Specification review for sample versions.
• Execution of supplier's process sign offs and run & rates.
• Preparing incoming goods review regulations for purchased parts.
• Approval of initial samples.
• Collaboration and defining test equipment's at suppliers.
• Preparing ZKW Q-regulations and standards for associated technologies.
• PQP engineer support regarding defects in purchased parts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree (Mechatronic, industrial, electronic) or equivalent.
• Work experience: 5 years' experience on automotive industry like Supplier quality engineer or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience in APQP and project management.
• Experience using core tools (PPAP, Control plan, FMEA, MSA & SPC).
• Experience in problem solving.
• General Knowledge IATF16949:2016
