We are seeking an experienced Insurance Program Manager to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of insurance programs and projects. This role will focus on coordinating various insurance-related initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end insurance programs, ensuring successful implementation, on-time delivery, and alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Risk Management: Ensure the development and implementation of risk management strategies, including risk assessment, mitigation plans, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular status reports, program documentation, and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, incorporating these insights into program strategies to enhance business value.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience:
• At least 7 years of experience in program management within the insurance industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale insurance programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working with external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
