Founded in 1989, SINBON is a leading provider of integrated design and production services for electronic components.

We are currently looking for a Quality System Coordinator for our new site in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's new QUALITY certification system; perform annual supervision and recertification audits of the quality/environment/safety system.
• Lead the analysis of internal and external environments and plan management measures for risks and opportunities.
• Identify the needs and expectations of interested parties and conduct compliance evaluation.
• Responsible for the internal audit, external audit and management review of the management system.
• Assist customers in auditing and providing countermeasures for nonconformities.
• Maintain internal auditor qualifications.
• Assist customers in auditing, including checklist evaluation, accompanying customers in audits, providing countermeasures for nonconformities, effectiveness tracking and case closure.
• Preparation of system documentation and education and training for all departments.
• Data maintenance of quality system management platform.
• Audit the on-site work execution status of each department to improve the effectiveness of each department.
• Confirm the closure status of customer complaints in each department.
• Confirm the closure status of process nonconformities and customer complaints in each industry.
• Check the monthly reports of each industry and give final scores.
• Summarize the relevant information of group QA.

Basic skills and qualifications

1. Familiar with IATF, ISO and other quality/environment/safety system requirements.
2. Possess internal auditor certificates for relevant systems.
3. Understand APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, SPC quality control tools.
4. Proactive, highly collaborative across departments, and possesses strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Experience Requirements?

• ?Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related field.
• More than one year of experience in quality/environmental system promotion and experience in leading customer audits.
• Good English command, capable of written and verbal communication with headquarters and international teams.
