The role:
Our SMS Team Leader is a fundamental piece in our commercial team, he/she is the person who will manage, develop team, and connect with other units to achieve commercial goals.
What you will do:
· Follow up, generation, administration of pipeline for the commercial team (SMS & SME Segments).
· Constant review and alignment for farming sources and follow up for inbound and outbound leads.
· Client qualification definition and strategy creation for pipeline conversion.
· Work alongside with Business Consultants to boost pipeline growth.
· Ensure the creation of business opportunities by generating high quality pipeline.
· Monthly reporting to SME Team Leader and weekly productivity reports to Commercial Leaders.
· Constant updating of SMS reports.
· Work alongside with Corporate Business Consultants and Team Leaders to have constant follow up of pipeline.
· Team mentoring and coaching.
· Develop and administration of internal communication campaigns.
What are we looking for:
· Bachelor's degree in administrative /economics /engineering careers (preferably not limitative).
· Minimum 5-year experience in B2B & SME market opportunity generation in service companies with a leadership role in presales teams.
· Experience leading high performance teams through coaching and constant motivation.
· Results focused, proactive, resilient, motivation and persuasion skills, high organization and planning skills, and teamwork.
· CRM management experience, Salesforce is a plus.
· English is nice to have.
