Important International Company dedicated to manufacturing seeks a "Electronic and/or electronic engineer with experience in production plants"

REQUIREMENTS:

• ?Industrial, electromechanical, mechatronic engineering or similar (completed).
• Minimum of 4 years experience as Production Manager in the Electromechanical, automotive, assembly sector (essential).
• Fluent business English (essential).
• Availability to travel to China and Germany for training.
• Have a valid visa and passport (essential).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), lean manufacturing, interpretation of electronic diagrams, functional testing processes, SMT assembly.
• SAP management (warehouses and/or production).
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience in manufacturing processes: SMT, Backend, assembly.
• Project management and cost reduction.
• Experience in production efficiency calculation.
• Wave soldering.
• Testing (ICT, FCT).
• Assembly processes.
• Management of electronic production equipment.
• Electronic manufacturing processes and quality.
• PMC.

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise manufacturing lines (electromechanical and assembly).
• Manage performance indicators and production control tools.
• Manage work teams (operational staff and area team leader).
• Balance lines and use tools for demand vs. capacity analysis.
• Manage 5S programs.
• Perform functional testing processes.
• Deal with internal and external clients.
