Position: ABL Capgemini Support Engineer L2
Location: Mexico City
Work Modality: On site

What you'll do?
- Provide advanced technical support to customers and users on products and services
- Resolve complex issues related to the configuration, implementation, and operation of products and services
- Analyze and diagnose complex problems
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Work closely with the Tier 1 and Tier 3 support team to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution
- Collaborate with other departments, such as development and operations
- Document solutions and procedures for future reference
- Contribute to the knowledge base to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support
