Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand international business presence, especially in the United States and Central America, opening new distribution channels, generate new leads and leading the technical sales team

?? Key responsibilities

- To Develop and implement the commercial plan at new international markets within the US and Central America.

- To establish distribution channels and attract new strategic customers.

- To coordinate and develop the external commercial team.

- To achieve export sales goals.

- Will Report directly to the General Manager in Mexico and LATAM.

?? Required Qualifications

- Education: Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

- Language: Advanced English (oral and written).

- Experience: Minimum 4 years as commercial and technical sales manager focused at exports.

- Market: Deep knowledge of the US, Central and South American markets.

- High capacity to build strategic and lasting commercial relationships.

- CRM management, NOM, ANCE and UL certifications.

- Availability to travel frequently to the USA and Central America.

- Valid VISA.

- Full Time.
