This is a hybrid position based in beautiful Guadalajara, Jalisco, offering the perfect balance between collaboration and flexibility.

What Will You Do?

Be a Quality Champion: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for our software, both new and existing. Your keen eye will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our development teams to investigate and resolve issues, contributing to the creation of high-quality releases.

Automate for Success: Build, manage, and execute manual and automated tests. You will be instrumental in improving our custom automation frameworks and advocating for automation testing across the team.

Own the Customer Experience: Maintain a customer-centric perspective, advocating for their needs and ensuring our product meets their expectations.

Deliver Results: Meet sprint objectives and support product releases at all stages of the release cycle.

Document and Communicate: Create clear and concise documentation, including test strategies, plans, cases, and reports.

Stay Ahead: Continuously learn new tools and methodologies to stay at the forefront of QA best practices.

Requirements:

3 + years of QA experience on automation frameworks (Selenium)

Experience in at least one programming language as JavaScript or Python

Experience with automation coverage tools and API testing tools like Postman

Experience with moden web technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS, Node) and tools like Jira, Bitbucket and Github

Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies.
