Are you ready to lead innovation at a global medical device company that's breaking barriers in healthcare technology? We're looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join the Hardware Engineering team at a rapidly growing, publicly traded company, right at the heart of its Tijuana manufacturing site.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead electrical design and development for complex medical devices — and mentor a team of engineers while collaborating with top minds in cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Mexico.

What You'll Do:

• Lead electrical system design from board to system level (digital, analog, power, thermal, and firmware)

• Drive PCBA layout, test, and bring-up efforts in partnership with design firms

• Develop firmware in C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M platforms

• Ensure regulatory compliance (EMC, IEC60601, ISO, etc.)

• Act as a technical mentor and drive innovative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)

• 5–8+ years in electrical product development (medical devices preferred)

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• U.S. visa & willingness to travel up to 15%

• Bonus: Compliance testing, firmware design, regulated industry experience
