Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with system integrators and other external partners on the development of Salesforce designs for B2B solutions
• Understand all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications
• Ensure that Governance aspects for current and future solutions in Salesforce are followed
• Take the role of Salesforce lead in multi-disciplinary projects
• Oversee the testing phases of developments to ensure they align with defined scenarios
• Coordinate external development teams and ensure the applications are maintained—both technically and evolutionarily.
• Take care of system administration duties as needed, such as managing user access, permissions, and settings.
• Keep the Salesforce team updated on best practices, new tools, techniques, and necessary training
• Suggest new CRM strategies based on knowledge of trends in the CRM space

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years working with Salesforce
• Experience as a consultant
• Fluent in English
