An International Company is Looking for Your Talent as a:

Position: Bilingual Sales Advisor – Meat Products Division

Locations: Tijuana, Monterrey, Baja California, Mexico.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Base Salary: $16,000 MXN net monthly

Additional Compensation: Commission of $3,000 MXN per shipment

Estimated Monthly Earnings with Commissions: Between $40,000 and $80,000 MXN (depending on sales volume)

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell meat products to suppliers and potential clients.
• Manage and follow up on released shipments.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to monitor the location and timely delivery of shipments.
• Ensure clients fulfill payment deposits.
• Provide regular service and visits to existing clients.
• Conduct prospecting activities for new clients (scheduled field visits every 15 days).
• Complete and submit a weekly report on activities and results.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with the internal team.
• Support direct sales of shipments, ensuring targets are met.

Requirements:

• Must have an active client portfolio within the meat industry.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, and business development.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
