PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. In over 40 years of business, we have grown into an international company with over 2,000 trucks and 6,000 trailers. About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Systems Administrator who will primarily be providing system and application support to our office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon location.

Responsibilities

• Configure internal systems and ensure their optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues that affect the system operations
• Supervise and perform the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Monitor the system performance, security, and backup procedures
• Manage the user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff and clients
• Document the system configuration, policies, and procedures
• Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions
• Train and mentor junior system administrators
• Provision end-user computing devices

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a system administrator or similar role
• Proficient in Windows or IBM operating systems
• Familiar with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, etc.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience with security tools and best practices such as firewall, antivirus, encryption, etc.
• Certification in system administration or related field is a plus
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Must have an active VISA for training in USA
