Currently, we're looking for an Operations Dispatcher who would be responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, offering custom, transportation solutions that exceed our customers' needs, while delivering outstanding service.
As part of our team, you will be responsible of:
Communicating with drivers and carriers through email and phone.
Secure competitive rates for specific cargo movements.
Monitoring traffic operations efficiently.
Engage in negotiations and maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers.
Streamline paperwork, contracts, and negotiations with clients.
Deliver top-notch customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in English (a must).
Minimum one year of experience in ground transportation operations.
Strong customer service skills.
Effective communication abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Analytical mindset.
Work Conditions:
Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, from 1:00pm to 10:00pm
