We are looking for an After-Hours Operations Coordinator to join our team, specializing in logistics solutions for the automotive industry.

?? What You'll Do:

?? Coordinate and monitor ground and air shipments

?? Escalate issues when shipments deviate from scheduled pickups or deliveries

?? Communicate with clients to provide updates and solutions

?? Find alternative transport options in case of delays

?? Keep the Argus system updated every hour

?? Relay critical shipment updates to the day-shift operations team

?? Key Responsibilities:

? Report to the Mexico Operations Director

? Provide exceptional customer service and logistics support

? Negotiate with carriers to ensure efficiency

? Maintain real-time tracking and reporting

?? Requirements:

? Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields

? At least 3 years of experience in automotive logistics

? Advanced conversational English

? Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency

? Ability to work independently and handle escalation situations

?? Schedule:

?? Monday to Friday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM / 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

?? Days off: Saturday & Sunday
