What the position entails:

Supervising, implementing and monitoring the Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental management systems and facilities maintenance, aligning strategies and tasks with the company's objectives, policies, standards and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate, legal and customer requirements. Promote a culture of safety, reducing risks through sound practices, tools, systems and projects that drive improvement in EHS and facilities. Planning, directing and overseeing a wide range of EHS and facility services, services, facilities, grounds and physical security for the Brazeway Cienega Plant. 

Requirements:

Advanced English is a must.

- Extensive knowledge of current federal, state and local EHS laws, regulations, standards and legislation (SEMARNAT, STPS, IMSS, OSHA, etc.), application and procedures.

- Experience in risk analysis, inspection of machinery and equipment, accident investigation, use and handling of PPE, Hazardous Waste, Chemical Handling, work at heights, work in confined areas, lotus system, etc.

- Experience in control and management of contractor personnel. 

- Experience as EHS trainer 

- Experience in facility management 

- Knowledge, use and application of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001, Safe Enterprise, Clean Industry.

- Basic knowledge of Pre-hospital care, medicine and First Aid.
