The Credit to Cash Analyst will focus specifically on customer Logistics Deductions analysis, reviewing new and existing customer claims. The backup role will involve assisting with specific customer account issues.
What you will do:
- Performing customer Logistics deductions analysis
- Identify root cause of the charges
- Validate and dispute invalid deductions to customer
- Interaction with local teams for approvals or status and follow up actions
- Reconciliation between debits and credits
- Monthly financial reporting
- Analyzing and reviewing existing deductions/charges of specific customer accounts
- Recommend improvements on analysis, validation and clearing process.
- Monthly meetings with CDO and CDT Finance team
- Monthly working sessions with Customer Engagement managers
- Monthly meetings with Senior leadership teams
- Analytics oriented processes
- Leadership of automation projects
- Innovation to reimagine operative tasks and processes
What do you need for the position:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance or Similar
- At least 1 to 3 year of Experience in Finance Areas
- Advanced English (written and oral)
- Prior experience with Google Suite or Microsoft / Specially Excel
- Ability to extract and analyze data from SAP (Preferred)
- DOMO, Snowflake knowledge preferred
- Leadership skills
