We are currently looking for a Production PLanner for our new MX Site in San Luis Potosi.

At least one year of Production Management experience in electronic industry is desirable

Main Activities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work orders and query material shortages based on new orders.
• Confirm material arrivals in the online system and follow up on delivery timelines with purchasing.
• Monitor daily production plans and track product progress.
• Expedite urgent material needs for pending work orders and coordinate warehouse issuance.
• Implement ECN/ECR updates before issuing modified products
• Issue materials in sets for sales shipments and replenish shortages for finished products
• Handle defective materials by ensuring timely reissuance and coordinating procurement meetings for incoming material issues.
• Manage order cancellations, finished product inventory, and raw material statistics.
• Oversee order review, ensuring SOP/BOM and tooling preparation.
• Provide business delivery date commitments based on material availability and production capacity.
• Optimize production line capacity and resolve delivery conflicts.
• Organize material distribution, production line arrangements, and scheduling for new materials.
• Ensure engineering proofing material is available before order execution.
• Develop daily production schedules and coordinate warehouse deliveries based on business commitments.
• Conduct monthly production material forecasts and adjust production lines accordingly.
• Lead rework discussions for defective customer returns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, material coordination, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production tracking tools.
