Position Summary:

Developing, launch, tracking continuous improvement project related to fulfillment, logistics and maintenance department in Monterrey DC, participate to facilitating continuous improvement events such as: Kaizen, Bootcamps, Projects, Just Do it tasks.

This position will be in charge to maintain, build and review all standard work (LSW), Standard operation process (SOP), Audit report like CTPAT and Audit Board.

Be part on training of every CI tool use in RRX, like Visual daily management (VDM), quality reports (5Whys) and improve administrative process of preventive maintenance plan (PMP).

Major Responsibilities:

• Developing and update SW and LSW.
• Improve and responsible of VDM cadence.
• CTPAT and SOX forms.
• Budget control for CI and Maintenance.
• Preventive maintenance plan
• Gembas: Safety Gemba, Virtual Gemba, KPIs related to safety.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or in process ( Engineering, Logistics, Trade compliance o equivalent)
• Excel & power point knowledge

• Theorical knowledge o basic in continuous improvement.
