About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. This role will be responsible for client management, prospecting new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The ISR will work closely with the sales team to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:?? Manage and follow up with existing customers.
?? Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
?? Prepare and negotiate quotes and sales agreements.
?? Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure efficient operations.
?? Meet and exceed sales targets.
?? Maintain an up-to-date CRM with customer interactions and sales reports.
Requirements:?? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
?? Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in industrial sales, preferably in carbon steel or similar industries.
?? Technical Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and client management tools.
- Experience in quotations and purchase orders.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred for international clients).
