Responsibilities
Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Complete sales process through project management
Reception of request for proposal, contests/new projects for the specification of furniture and quotes, project monitoring, coordination of installations and site visits, collection management and after-sales service. Order entry coordination of installation, billing and collection.
Development of high-impact presentations, follow-up of proposals for their successful closing. Post-sale service of existing projects.
Key Account Manager is meant to acomplish the following tasks:
Identification and follow-up of potential clients
Design proposals
Furniture specification
Responsible for managing the work team and the general coordination of the project until its delivery, providing excellent service
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Interior Design or related
3+ years of relevant work experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluency in AutoCad
Mandatory Business English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork, communication, problem solving, managment skills, responsiveness, project management, adaptability, time management, critical thinking, organization, excellent quality of work, proactivity and customer service.
