INTERNATIONAL SALES AND LOGISTICS MANAGER:
Job objective:
The profile of this position is responsible for managing the timely and efficient fulfillment of the process of satisfying the Client's requirements, through the established means, information systems, guidelines and standards, managing the client's demand and planning production orders according to optimal capacity levels, in addition applying knowledge of company organizational, technical, and product knowledge to offer customer solutions and above all, streamline the logistics delivery process.
Responsibilities:
Direct Contact with Clients
Manage order logistics
Change in Articles (responsible for notifying the corresponding departments).
Contracts in SAP
Analysis of inventories available by clients.
Sales Order Management (Generation of Sales Orders for deliveries to customers).
Coordinate with Operations deliveries.
Report Back Orders (Inform to Purchasing about items in Back Orders).
Customer Complaints (Generate format and notify the departments involved) Help the customer solve the problem.
Responsible for informing purchases about the forecast, usages, increase or decreases in demand with customers for the purchasing department to ensure the materials.
Coordinate Internal Meetings with the departments that are required.
Coordinate external meetings with clients if is necessary.
Maintenance to the program, add, decrease, deactivate bins if necessary
Historical Sales Report.
International Sales Forecast.
Back Orders Reports.
Preparation of expense reports according to current company policies
Skills and Abilities:
Bilingual, Spanish / English.
Excel skills.
SAP skills.
Ability to read customer purchase orders.
Ability to work transversally to achieve the required objectives.
Ability to maintain and update information on a daily basis.
Ability to communicate professionally through written, oral, or other forms of communication.
Ability to identify problems and communicate the situation to lead to a solution.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided through written, oral, Excel, or other required
Effective leadership
Availability to travel
knowledge about ISO and IATF certification
Knowledge about trade and exports (USA)
