Head of DMP/Data Analitycs
We are looking for enthusiastic people who work as a team and who function easily in dynamic environments.
About you:
If you like working in the communication and entertainment industry and have experience carrying out Data Analytics, you could contribute to us.
Your activities will be:
- Develop and implement a data-driven audience segmentation strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee data collection, integration, and management for audience segmentation purposes.
- Develop advanced data models and algorithms to identify customer segments and predict behavior.
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for segmentation refinement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize audience targeting and personalization.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of audience segmentation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics and audience segmentation technologies.
- Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of a data management platform (DMP) to drive data-driven marketing strategies.
- Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the DMP.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to leverage DMP insights.
If you have:
- Proven track record of minimum 10 years in in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development, sales and advertising agencies.
- Proven track of audience creation and management, campaign structure and targeting, data integration and measurement attribution
- Proven experience in data management and DMP platforms.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the digital advertising landscape
- Experience with cloud-based DMP platforms: Snowflake, Bigquery, Ads Manager, Amazon DSP, CDP,
- Advanced business conversational english
