Bilingual Business Development Representative (Internship) (Corporate Services) - Fully Remote Mexico
Compensation: $75 MXN per hour paid bi-weekly + Monthly Commissions
Expected Start Date: November 2024

Our firm is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our team, focusing on our innovative Corporate Services business line. This role is with our Mexican subsidiary, wholly owned by Rod & Associates and affiliates.
Overview:
Rod & Associates' Corporate Services division offers tailored accounting services to larger clients, providing remote part-time or full-time staff accountants, along with a CPA Manager to oversee their work as part of a bundled service package. The Sales Intern will support the Sales Manager in driving lead generation, client acquisition, and overall sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior college student to gain hands-on experience in business development within a fast-paced environment. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients using tools like Uplead and Wix.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients.
Client Outreach:
- Engage potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings between prospects and the Sales Manager.
Sales Support:
- Help draft sales proposals, pitch materials, and presentations.
- Shadow the Sales Manager during client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-ups.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
- Analyze the effectiveness of various sales campaigns and strategies.
Requirements:
- Good Academic Standing: Currently enrolled as a senior in a Bachelor's program, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required, with strong English proficiency necessary for client communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in sales and business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Previous internship is a plus
- Strong English communication skills required, as interviews will be conducted in English.

- Candidates must be enrolled at least part-time to full-time in an accredited University throughout the entire academic year
