Now, Let's Get Down to Business
The Bilingual Recruiter position is responsible for Ensure and monitor the proper functioning of social responsibility programs, policies and guidelines focused on human capital aligned with the business.
Essential Functions
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Carry out promotion and internal development procedures (categories) for direct teammates in
accordance with the processes established by HR department and support departments
• Follow up on the external recruitment procedure for direct and indirect teammates according to
Recruitment Policy.
• Ensure that direct positions have their job description, skills matrix, and necessary tools to ensure
their participation in internal job development programs.
• Support in relation to the follow-up of technical training derived from the Categories program.
• Support the execution of activities and programs related to the Social Responsibility Management
System.
• Manage training related to the policies, programs and guidelines of the Human Resources
Department and social responsibility management
• Support in activities related to the training and development of soft talent of plant personnel.
• Manage and support the activities necessary to comply with the Department's indicators.
• Support in social events corresponding to the Department of Human Resources.
