The Opportunity
As our Global Chapter Lead – Employee Enablement, you will be a member of the Takeda ICC Leadership team, reporting to the Head of ICC. You will lead and manage a global chapter team across different locations (Mexico, Slovakia, APAC), create and assume ownership of strategies and goals that are global chapter specific and aligned with business objectives.
As a Global Chapter Lead Intelligent Workplace, your primary focus will be to support the evolution of Takeda´s employees digital experience suite driving productivity and new ways of work including the introduction of AI driven capabilities across internal collaboration processes.
Inteligent workplace is an ample domain that ranges from the evolution of commercial cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Office) to developing proprietary Intranet/Internet sites for employees around to world using fixed and mobile devices. This Chapter also ensures the optimal operation and continuos evolution of platforms to orchestrate and automate processes in an agile environment. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and pods to drive velocity and precision in the execution of the company´s digital portfolio.
You'll report directly to the ICC Managing director, Mexico ICC Head, and work together with Global Chapters Leads in different locations to ensure an efficient delivery process.. Skills and Experience:
· 10+ experience managing complex portfolios, global engineering teams and/or end to end digital initiatives in the employee experience technology domain with a particular emphasis on implementing, monitoring the operation and evolving the following solutions:
o Microsoft Office, Automation (Power) and AI capabilities (Co-Pilot)
o Service Now
o Backend/FrontEnd development
o Mobile OS (Android or IOS)
o Other relevant digital workplace technologies, a plus
· Ability to communicate with Director and Senior Director level partners and stakeholders.
· Relevant experience working in a hybrid environment: on-site and virtual.
· Relevant experience working with multidisciplinary teams across the world in different countries and time zones and using Atlassian project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
· Strong understanding of digital portfolio & delivery management principles.
· Strong conflict resolution skills to empower teams and drive results.
· Strong experience analyzing issues and risks and work through approach and strategy to resolve or mitigate.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.
· Curious, pro-active and a true team player who works to the best of your abilities and inspires colleagues along the way.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
· Experience managing a wide portfolio of initiatives to meet expectations of stakeholders around the world.
· English Professional level, required
· Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical company, a plus.
