Improve existing features, implement new ones, and enhance user experience and efficiency
Collaborate with system integrators and other external partners on the development of Salesforce designs for B2B solutions
Understand all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications
Ensure that Governance aspects for current and future solutions in Salesforce are followed
Take the role of Salesforce Technical lead in multi-disciplinary projects
Oversee the testing phases of developments to ensure they align with defined scenarios
Investigate system failures and find solutions to reduce or prevent their impact
Coordinate external development teams and ensure the applications are maintained—both technically and evolutionarily.
Take care of system administration duties as needed, such as managing user access, permissions, and settings.
Keep the Salesforce team updated on best practices, new tools, techniques, and necessary training
Develop both technical and process-based solutions that meet business needs.
Suggest new CRM strategies based on knowledge of trends in the CRM space
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
At least 5 years of experience with Apex or Java and web technologies.
Minimum of 5 years working as a Salesforce developer.
Experience within a CRM administration team, enhancing functionality, delivering new features, and improving user experience
Fluent in English
