Purpose: A key member for the HR team, this role supports administration of the Ceridian/Dayforce system focused in the areas of end-user support, integration, configuration and auditing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Adhere to and maintain best practices, global processes and internal policies, including but not limited to, data privacy, GDPR and cyber security, Weidmann IT standards, policies and company core values.
- Perform continuous HRIS and organizational data audits to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for added controls; follow-up with the appropriate teams for corrections.
- Assist in the development of SOPs for all HR processes for Dayforce; identifying accountability, decision-makers and understanding how the system supports the process.
- Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records, system configuration or other related HR data.
- Create custom or advanced ad hoc reports and queries and maintain library of reports.
- Design, analyze and provide statistical reports with analysis as requested to assist with decision making and strategic planning.
· Develop scope, deliverables and schedules for assigned or special projects. Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget to meet business objectives.
· Promptly research and troubleshoot system issues ranging from basic to moderately difficult tasks that are responsive to organization or project needs and elevating as necessary to the HRIS Payroll & Benefits manager.
- Monitors solutions, resolves and responds to all questions/issues from HR, Recruiting, Managers, Supervisors and other end-users as it relates to processing actions in the HRIS system.
- Assist in developing training documentation, system configurations and programming documents which will be used to train employees. Conduct training as needed to support newly implemented processes and/or changes to HRIS.
- Perform basic programming in HRIS. (i.e. New work schedules, new positions, Data analytics/KPIs, annual configuration table updates, etc.)
- Assist in the development, testing, implementation and troubleshooting of system enhancements and other automation projects utilizing dedicated HR technology.
- Contributes to the operations and development of HRIS to support policies. Understands and maintains employees' Data Privacy compliance measures, HR laws and regulations associated with resource and data management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Programming, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent working experience.
· 2 to 4 years of programming experience in systems.
· Proven experience in HRIS configuration and/or implementation; Dayforce experience is preferred.
· Analytical thinking skills, attention to detail and experience solving technical problems.
· Project management, scheduling and time management
· Experience in creating training materials or user guides and supporting delivery of training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is required.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to connect with all types of employees and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

- Travel to the United States up to 20% annually
