Position Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating the areas of: Incoming quality, outbound quality, returns and special projects. Ensure compliance with NOM 004 and NOM 020 regulations on textile issues. Auditing of the assortment and labeling process. Control and management of product returns, evaluation of compliance with quality standards and measurement of indicators.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in operations: 3PL , Distribution Centers, etc. In the areas of auditing or outbound quality.

- Bachelor's degree : Industrial Engineer, Logistics or related.

- Handling of computer equipment and bar code printers, use of measuring tools.

- Development & Control KPI´s.

- Intermediate/ advance MS Office, Power BI and Query

- Professional ethics, people management, planner, frustration tolerance, verbal skills and work under pressure.

- Conversational English

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of reports of QA Inbonud, QA outbound, cubing and returns areas.

- Follow up to quality failures.

- SKU´s update on Item Master Plataform

- Kpi´s follow up

- Daily follow up and monitoring of operational reports

- Training Quality associates: Inbound, outbound and returns areas.

- QA ensurance in customer ordenes.

- Manage findings or failures of Quality incidentes.

- Continues improvement.

- Returns & Special Proyects manage.
